Products & Availability
All dahlia tubers sold by Emerald Angel Dahlias are seasonal, limited, and subject to availability.
Placing an item in your cart does not reserve it. Orders are confirmed only after checkout is completed and an order confirmation email is received.
Some varieties may have household purchase limits. Limits apply per household, not per individual. Orders suspected of attempting to bypass purchase limits may be canceled and refunded.
Living Plant Material Disclaimer
Dahlia tubers are living plant material. Growth, performance, and flowering depend on many factors beyond our control, including weather, soil conditions, pests, storage, and care practices.
While we take extensive measures to grow and store healthy tubers, we cannot guarantee plant performance after planting.
Inspection, Refunds & Liability
Refunds and inspection requirements are outlined in our Refund & Returns Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms of Service.
Emerald Angel Dahlias’ liability is limited to the original purchase price of the tuber. We are not responsible for crop loss, plant failure, or consequential damages.
Shipping Responsibility

Once a package is transferred to the shipping carrier and marked as delivered, Emerald Angel Dahlias is not responsible for theft, delays, or loss.
