Thank you for supporting our small family farm. Every dahlia tuber we offer is grown, divided, and carefully stored right here at Emerald Angel Dahlias. We are committed to providing healthy, high-quality tubers and a positive growing experience.
Please review this policy before purchasing so expectations are clear.
Tuber Guarantee
We guarantee that your dahlia tubers will:

Be true to the labeled variety

Arrive with at least one viable eye

Have a firm, healthy tuber body at the time of shipment
Dahlia tubers are living plant material. Their performance after planting depends on storage, weather, soil, pests, and growing conditions beyond our control.
Inspection Period & Reporting Concerns
Please open and inspect your tubers immediately upon arrival.
If you have any concerns, you must contact us at jaye@emeraldangeldahlias.com within 48 hours of confirmed delivery.
Your message must include clear photos of the tuber(s) in question so we can properly evaluate the issue and assist you.
After the 48-hour inspection period, responsibility for the tubers transfers fully to the customer.
Refund Eligibility
Refunds may be issued only if approved under the inspection policy above and are limited to the original purchase price of the tuber.
Refunds are not available for issues related to:

Weather or temperature exposure

Rot occurring after planting

Virus or disease
-
Pest damage
-
Soil or field conditions
-
Improper care or neglect

General plant performance
-
Theft or missing packages after confirmed delivery

Storage conditions after tubers are received and prior to planting
Due to the seasonal and limited nature of dahlia tubers, we do not offer substitutions or replacements.
Limitation of Liability
Emerald Angel Dahlias’ liability is limited to the original purchase price of the tuber. We are not responsible for crop loss, plant performance, or consequential damages related to growing conditions or factors beyond our control.
